Basic Function

SB Energy is seeking a highly strategic and operationally driven Director, Supply Chain Operations & Governance to build and lead a centralized supply chain operations organization supporting the deployment of next-generation AI factory and advanced data center infrastructure programs.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this role will establish and oversee core operational governance functions across supply chain systems, data and analytics, logistics coordination, import compliance, purchase order administration, and contract administration. This leader will be responsible for building scalable operational infrastructure, processes, reporting frameworks, and governance models that improve visibility, execution consistency, compliance, and operational performance across a rapidly growing infrastructure portfolio.

The Director will serve as a key operational integration point between supply chain, finance, legal, engineering, construction, project controls, logistics providers, suppliers, and digital systems teams to ensure effective management of supply chain operations throughout the infrastructure deployment lifecycle.

This role will also lead the development of centralized supply chain data platforms, analytics capabilities, KPI reporting, logistics visibility tools, operational controls, and governance frameworks supporting enterprise-wide decision-making and deployment readiness.

The ideal candidate combines strong supply chain operational leadership, systems and analytics expertise, governance experience, program management capabilities, and organizational development skills within complex infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the Supply Chain Operations & Governance organization supporting hyperscale AI infrastructure and data center deployment programs
  • Establish scalable operational governance frameworks supporting supply chain execution, compliance, reporting, logistics coordination, and supplier operational management
  • Develop business processes that support rapid infrastructure deployment growth across multiple projects and regions
  • Serve as the operational governance lead across supply chain functions, ensuring alignment between sourcing, logistics, finance, legal, project controls, engineering, and construction stakeholders
  • Build and manage a supply chain systems and data science team focused on operational visibility, predictive analytics, reporting automation, and decision support tools

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in supply chain operations, operational governance, logistics, systems management, analytics, program management, or related infrastructure delivery environments
  • Demonstrated experience building operational governance organizations, centralized support functions, or supply chain operations teams
  • Strong experience with supply chain systems, ERP platforms, analytics tools, dashboards, reporting environments, and operational data management
  • Experience leading supply chain analytics, reporting automation, KPI management, or data science initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with logistics coordination, import/export compliance, customs processes, HTS classifications, and global trade operations

Location: Atlanta, GA or Hybrid role near one of SB Energy’s office locations: San Francisco Bay Area, CA; Denver, CO; or San Diego, CA. Remote locations within the United States will also be considered on a case by case basis.

Base Pay - $190,000 - $220,000

The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package. About the role

As BD & Growth Ops Manager, you will be the execution backbone of the Growth & Business Development function within Bolt’s Autonomous Mobility division at the global level. Avaloq has created a centralized Global Vendor Risk Management (VRM) unit in order to identify, evaluate, manage and mitigate risks associated with our third parties across various risk areas.

The Vendor Risk Specialist will work closely with other members of the VRM team to organize and execute the vendor risk assessment process. In addition to working with established processes, a key outcome for this position will be to gain a broad understanding of Avaloq’s supplier base, with a view to developing into the position into that of a professional risk analyst capable of conducting supplier risk reviews independently and efficiently.

In general, he/she is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting operational data and risk metrics in support of the VRM unit and its business unit partners. This professional will gather sufficient strategic, technical and operational information from internal business units and external third party to ultimately understand and communicate the current risks, business challenges and issues. In addition, this professional will gather due diligence on selected vendors and prepare reports on Third Party activities to all participants.

About the Position

Reporting to the Senior Director, Government Business Development, the Senior Manager, Grants & Contracts will support JFF’s pursuit and proposal development for mission-aligned federal, state, and/or local grants and contracts (most notably, the U.S. Departments of Education and Labor, and other agencies) as well as institutional and individual funding opportunities, as needed. To ensure that proposals are accurate, competitive, and ultimately successful, the Senior Manager will work closely with other colleagues on the Development Team as well as JFF staff members in program roles who are responsible for executing on these awards.

What You’ll Do

Project Management of Proposal Process

  • Develop proposal templates, proposal elements documents, and timelines.

  • Coordinate proposal team meetings to include multiple JFF teams as well as external partners when appropriate.

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, efficient day-to-day functioning of the organization. This position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support while coordinating key human resources functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining discretion and professionalism.


This is a part-time temporary position. The pay range for this role is between $40-$45hr and remote. Candidates must be able to commit to 3 days per week.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Draft, review, and prepare professional written materials including emails, memoranda, reports, invoices, and internal documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and capturing notes, action items, and follow-ups as needed.
  • Maintain and organize internal records, shared drives, and document management systems to ensure accessibility and compliance.
  • Manage incoming communications by triaging messages, routing inquiries, and summarizing key information for stakeholders.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and subscription services, including tracking renewals, managing contracts, and coordinating payments.
  • Maintain organizational records, including financial and operational documentation, in collaboration with leadership and external vendors.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain accurate expense records when required.
  • Support the execution of special projects and cross-functional operational initiatives as assigned.


Human Resources Coordination

  • Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for employees and contractors, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
  • Maintain and organize personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Assist with administration of employee benefits and related processes.
  • Draft and manage contractor and vendor agreements under the direction of leadership.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining internal policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support coordination and administration of the annual performance review process.


Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms).
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations, media organizations, or mission-driven teams.
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll platforms such as Rippling (or similar systems).
