Data Analytics Data Platform Architect at TailorCare

Lead the design and strategy of an end-to-end healthcare data platform that ingests, resolves, and acts on patient data in real-time while ensuring HIPAA compliance and AI governance.

Lead Hybrid Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Role

TailorCare is a value-based musculoskeletal (MSK) care platform combining clinical expertise, digital tools, and a yield-based operating model. We are now operationalizing Operating Model 3.0, a shift from uniform delivery to yield-based alignment, in which every patient receives investment proportional to a real-time Yield Score (Probability × Value × Addressability), and an ROI Gate continuously calibrates Wallet (financial investment) and Muscle (operational intensity).

This requires a data and AI platform that ingests, resolves, scores, decides, and acts in minutes, with the explainability and governance healthcare demands. You will lead that build: set the strategy, design the data platform, drive vendor decisions, and partner with engineering, product, clinical, and operations leadership to deliver it. This is a hybrid strategy-and-architecture role; you will move comfortably from a CTO whiteboard conversation to an EDI 837 parser to a model-evaluation review without losing the thread.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Set strategy. Own the multi-year data strategy supporting Operating Model optimization and TailorCare’s extension beyond MSK; frame tradeoffs for the executive team; protect strategic data moats (canonical patient and provider graphs, proprietary outcome labels, and contribute to yield-calibrated decisioning IP)
  • Architect the platform end-to-end. Ingestion, event bus, identity resolution, lakehouse, feature store, ROI Gate decisioning, action orchestration, observability. Define the event taxonomy, schema registry, and data contracts that govern how every source flows in
  • Lead vendor strategy. Evaluate and select across clearinghouses, clinical networks, claims systems, provider intelligence, conversational AI, CDPs, and more, negotiating export rights, schema stability, and contribute to defining BAA scope. Build payer-neutral patterns from day one
  • Set the bar for HIPAA, PHI, and AI governance. Classification at ingestion, field-level access controls, infrastructure-level scrubbing, vendor data governance, training-data lineage, and consent chains.
  • Partner across functions. Translate architecture into staffed delivery with each engineering team; collaborate with clinical leadership on Patient Reported Outcome, extraction accuracy, and outcome labels; work with operations to make the intake and data aggregation meaningful.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 10+ years working with healthcare data, including 4+ years in architecture or strategy leadership
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of healthcare data: X12 EDI (270/271/276/277/278/834/835/837), FHIR R4, HL7 v2 (especially ADT), CCD/C-CDA, NCPDP, and the realities of integrating with payers, EHRs, clearinghouses, and HIEs
  • Experience working with AI team developing predictive models and ability to act as the liaison between AI modeling and data platform.
  • Proven track record designing production data platforms at scale, streaming and batch, with managed Kafka or equivalent, lakehouse architectures (Snowflake / Databricks / BigQuery), dbt-style orchestration, modern observability
  • Solid grounding in ML/AI systems: feature stores, point-in-time correctness, model lifecycle, NLP for clinical text. You evaluate model proposals on their merits
  • Direct experience with patient identity resolution (deterministic + probabilistic) and tokenization (Datavant or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of value-based care economics: MLR, attribution, episode costing, risk adjustment, and how reimbursement models shape data requirements
  • Demonstrated executive presence: framing tradeoffs, defending recommendations, adjusting when wrong, staying technically credible
  • HIPAA-fluent. You engineer PHI minimization, BAA structures, and audit requirements as first-class concerns
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for onsite meetings, team collaboration, and company events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major longitudinal claims dataset (Komodo, Truveta, HealthVerity, Optum, IQVIA) and integration
  • Highly collaborative and experienced with a broad range of business holders
  • Experience integrating clinical data networks
  • Experience with conversational AI in a contact-center context (Cresta, Observe.AI, or built in-house)
  • Multi-payer scale experience
  • Early-stage / scaling startup background, comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make calls without perfect information

What you will deliver in year one

What this role involves

Description

Job title: Data & GIS Analyst

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Contract: Permanent, local and full-time

Starting date: ASAP (July 1, 2026)

PUR Description

PUR is a global, impact-focused B-Corp specializing in the development of environmental restoration projects, known as ‘nature-based solutions’ (NbS). Since 2008, we have been helping the world’s largest organizations meet their ESG targets, reduce their environmental footprint, and regenerate the ecosystems they depend on across complex supply chains. Having developed over 45 projects in more than 30 countries, PUR is recognized as both a pioneer and leader in a sector that is now at the forefront of global efforts to address the ongoing climate and biodiversity crisis.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to fostering and operationalizing insetting strategies—interventions by companies within their own value chains designed to reduce GHG emissions while creating positive impacts for communities, landscapes, and ecosystems. By championing this insetting approach, we aim to create a holistic range of benefits that extend beyond ecological restoration, encompassing social and economic dimensions through enhanced agricultural yields and resilience to climate change-induced stresses, among others.

One of the distinctive features of our work is our ability to tailor projects to the specific needs of different regions and communities. By recognizing the unique characteristics of each ecosystem and the cultural context of the communities involved, we ensure our initiatives are contextually relevant and have a meaningful and sustainable impact. All our projects are developed in close collaboration with local actors, including cooperatives, NGOs, governments, and corporations. Today, we employ 200 staff across 16 countries with key offices in Paris (HQ) and Toronto.

About the role

The GIS & Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting both operational data systems and geospatial analyses across regional projects. Additionally, the analyst identifies operational trends and local behaviors through data analysis, generating insights that can be studied, standardized, and potentially scaled across regions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

On the GIS side, the GIS & Data Analyst supports the organization’s geospatial data infrastructure, analyses, and workflows, contributing to Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) and Technology-Based Solutions (TBS) initiatives, including carbon certification processes. The role assists in the preparation of maps, spatial analyses, and geospatial visualizations that support internal teams, executive reporting, and external stakeholders such as carbon rating agencies, verifiers, and auditors. Working alongside the Central Data Team, the analyst helps ensure that geospatial datasets accurately reflect field realities and are properly integrated into broader organizational systems and reporting frameworks.

This role requires a strong combination of analytical thinking, technical problem-solving, data management, and geospatial analysis skill

  • Do exploratory/causal analysis of the data we collect to find correlations and trends and transform them into methodologies

  • Provide insights into planting and project effectiveness and create visualizations for the data.

  • Gather secondary data (e.g. : on geospatial details, land use, crops types, yields etc) that might be relevant for the exploratory analysis.

  • Advocate for the Data Department in your region while also communicating to Central Data good insight, local regulations and datasets so it can be integrated into the global data platform.

  • Suggest recommendations to improve field data collection and overall data quality based on analytical insights and investigation, as well as technician and producer feedback.

  • Communicate with Data Team members in other regions proactively to find common needs between regions and synergies.

On the GIS side you will:

  • Analyzing land use change, eligibility and baseline, supporting inventories design and producing maps, as well as ensuring Geospatial Database quality for carbon certifications

  • Producing maps and visualizations for the Project team and farmers to better follow up the projects, analyzing distances to better understand performance and increase efficiencies.

  • Conducting studies using the baseline the Central Data Team provides, including supporting the Feasibility team with analysis to guide site selection and decision making.

  • Writing reports on geospatial analysis findings, including but not limited to Force Majeure reports.

  • Complementing the Central Data Team methodology and data library at PUR with datasets and cases from your own region. Producing documentation on the analyses performed.

  • Manipulation of vector data.

  • Conducting / organizing / supporting any Remote Sensing activities that need to be done on a regional level.

  • Conducting pilots inside the Data Teams framework.

  • Generally supporting the Projects team in understanding their data and how to strengthen their operations

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Degree in computer science, geography, environmental engineering, or related fields.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or GIS Analyst.

Sales Principal Business Development Manager at MongoDB

Build and manage executive relationships with AI lab partners, drive product integrations, and execute joint go-to-market initiatives to expand MongoDB's presence in frontier AI infrastructure.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The frontier AI labs are among the most consequential relationships MongoDB has. The platforms they build, the architectures they recommend, and the tools their ecosystems produce are shaping where AI applications get built and what infrastructure they run on. This role exists to make sure MongoDB wins at that layer.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end relationship with MongoDB’s frontier model lab partners. That means building and maintaining executive relationships, working directly with Product to improve the developer experience through deeper integrations, and driving GTM execution on joint initiatives that create measurable outcomes for both sides.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You will need to operate at the executive level with external partners while simultaneously driving internal alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. The person who succeeds here combines sharp strategic instincts with the credibility and tenacity to get things done across complex organizations.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in San Francisco for our hybrid working model.

What You’ll Do

Executive Relationship Management

  • Own the executive and senior-level relationships with MongoDB’s frontier AI lab partners, operating as the primary point of contact and long-term relationship owner
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s platform direction, product priorities, and ecosystem strategy, and use that knowledge to identify where MongoDB can win together
  • Represent MongoDB credibly and with authority in senior partner conversations, including product roadmap discussions, joint GTM planning, and executive business reviews

Integration and Developer Experience

  • Partner with MongoDB’s Product and Engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and drive integrations that improve how developers build AI applications using both platforms together
  • Serve as the voice of the partner ecosystem inside MongoDB, surfacing developer experience gaps and integration opportunities that should inform the product roadmap
  • Ensure MongoDB is well-represented in how frontier lab partners document, recommend, and demonstrate solutions to their developer communities

GTM and Joint Initiative Execution

  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with frontier lab partners, including co-marketing programs, joint solution positioning, and field engagement that drives adoption and expansion
  • Identify synergistic opportunities where partner platform reach can accelerate MongoDB adoption, and build the business case and execution plan to pursue them
  • Track and report on the business impact of each partnership, including developer adoption signals, pipeline influence, and co-sell contribution

Internal Alignment

  • Coordinate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure MongoDB is executing against partner commitments and maximizing each relationship
  • Bring external partner intelligence into internal planning cycles, connecting what you are hearing from the frontier labs to MongoDB’s roadmap, field strategy, and messaging

Who You Are

  • Experienced: 12+ years in partnerships, business development, or product strategy at a technology company, with a track record of managing high-stakes, complex relationships at the executive level
  • Technically Credible: You understand AI application architecture well enough to have substantive product conversations with engineers and product leaders at frontier AI companies. You don’t need to build it, but you need to understand it deeply
  • Strategically Sharp: You can read where a partner’s platform is going before it is obvious, identify where MongoDB fits in that future, and build a compelling case for why winning together is the right path
  • Executional: You know how to move complex initiatives through large organizations. You build internal coalitions, hold workstreams accountable, and drive outcomes without relying on direct authority
  • Executive Presence: You are comfortable and effective at the senior leadership level, both externally with partner executives and internally with MongoDB’s own leadership
  • Clear and Direct: You communicate with precision. You can write a crisp exec brief, run a tight business review, and translate complex partner dynamics into a clear point of view

Success Measures

3 Months

Deep familiarity with MongoDB’s AI partner ecosystem, product direction, and internal stakeholders. Executive relationships established with priority frontier lab partners. Initial integration gaps and GTM opportunities identified and socialized internally

6 Months

Active joint initiatives in motion with at least two frontier lab partners. Integration priorities aligned with MongoDB Product. Early signals of partner-driven developer adoption and pipeline influence

12 Months

Measurable impact from frontier lab partnerships: developer adoption, co-sell contribution, and integration depth that makes MongoDB the clear choice for builders on these platforms. Strong, trusted executive relationships that give MongoDB strategic visibility into where these platforms are going

At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale.

Working at Samsara means you’ll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that’s shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term.

About the role:

Samsara Technologies India Private Limited is looking for a Senior Business Application Engineer I — Sales Compensation Engineering.

We are seeking a skilled Sales Compensation Engineer with hands-on expertise in Xactly Incent and Xactly Connect configuration, scripting, and platform support. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation in incentive compensation management (ICM) systems, combined with the ability to translate business compensation requirements into reliable platform configurations and data pipelines. This role partners closely with a US-based Technical Product Manager (Xactly SME) who owns the business and product side of Samsara’s sales compensation platform, with the BLR engineer as the technical counterpart.

This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in our Bangalore office and 3 days working remotely. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

You should apply if:

  • You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact—helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely.
  • You are the architect of your own career: If you put in the work, this role won’t be your last at Samsara. We set up our employees for success and have built a culture that encourages rapid career development, countless opportunities to experiment and master your craft in a hyper growth environment.
  • You’re energized by our opportunity: The vision we have to digitize large sectors of the global economy requires your full focus and best efforts to bring forth creative, ambitious ideas for our customers.
  • You want to be with the best: At Samsara, we win together, celebrate together and support each other. You will be surrounded by a high-calibre team that will encourage you to do your best.

In this role, you will:

  • Own configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Xactly Incent — including compensation plan rules, quota structures, crediting logic, draw/recovery mechanics, and payment processing workflows.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines in Xactly Connect — ETL job development, native/delta schema management (staging, history, custom tables, logs), pipeline scheduling, and sandbox-to-production migrations.
  • Serve as the engineering counterpart to the US-based Technical Product Manager, translating business compensation requirements into technical Xactly configurations and solutions across time zones.
  • Manage Salesforce CRM as the primary upstream data source — ensure accurate, validated data flows into Xactly for reliable commission calculations.
  • Administer platform operations — user management, role permissions, system settings, and end-to-end regression testing for each Xactly release cycle.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues — trace unexpected compensation calculation results back to root cause, resolve directly or coordinate with Xactly support with structured documentation.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries against Xactly’s data warehouse to support reporting, data validation, and compensation audit requirements.
  • Document system configurations, Connect pipeline architectures, and operational runbooks; maintain a living knowledge base for the FinSys team.
  • Collaborate with QA Automation to build and maintain regression test coverage for Xactly release cycles.
  • Stay current with Xactly product releases, evaluate impact, and coordinate regression testing with the PM and QA team ahead of platform changes.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent — compensation plan configuration, rules engine, quota structures, crediting, accelerators, draw/recovery, and payment workflows.
  • Proficiency with Xactly Connect — pipeline development, native/delta schema knowledge, command-line execution, schedule management, and sandbox-to-production migration practices.
  • Strong SQL skills — ability to query Xactly’s data warehouse, write data validation and audit queries, and independently diagnose calculation discrepancies.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM as an upstream data source, including understanding of SFDC opportunity and quota data structures and their mapping into Xactly.
  • Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data integration techniques relevant to incentive compensation platforms.
  • Functional knowledge of incentive compensation models — commission structures, accelerators, SPIFs, quota attainment, and draw mechanics.
  • Analytical mindset — able to independently trace unexpected compensation outputs back to a configuration root cause without hand-holding.
  • Strong written communication skills — this role operates in a timezone-distributed model with a US-based business partner; clear async documentation and proactive updates are essential.

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Xactly Incent certification (Level 2 or above) is preferred; candidates actively working toward certification will also be considered.
  • Xactly Connect certification is preferred; candidates actively working toward certification will also be considered.
  • Experience with Xactly Analytics or Xactly Insights for compensation reporting and dashboarding.
  • Familiarity with Workato or other iPaaS platforms for broader integration context.
  • Proficiency in BI or reporting tools such as Tableau or Databricks.
  • Track record of identifying and implementing meaningful improvements to Xactly performance, automation, and data reliability.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a structured approach to root cause analysis.
  • Strong sense of ownership — you see ambiguous, high-impact problems as opportunities and drive them to resolution without being asked twice.
  • Experience working in a mid-to-enterprise organization undergoing rapid growth, where agility and pragmatism matter as much as technical depth.
  • A growth mindset — you invest in your own skills, share knowledge generously, and raise the bar for those around you.
