We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of our Product Tribes, the cross-functional units that own the end-to-end experience for a specific Toggl user role. You own your Tribe's direction, prioritization, and outcomes while working hands-on with design and engineering to ship work that matters. You'll do this as we build and launch Toggl Focus, our consolidated planning, time tracking, and time intelligence product.

The salary for this position is €90,000 annually.

You can work from anywhere in the world as long as your main location is between UTC-4 and UTC+4.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you own a product area end-to-end: its direction, prioritization, and outcomes. You are accountable not for process, but for clarity, judgment, and results. You work hands-on with design, engineering, and revenue to identify the highest-value opportunities, shape effective solutions, and ship improvements that matter. You act as a player-coach, raising the quality of thinking, decision-making, and execution within your Tribe.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

Direction and prioritization

  • Set clear direction for your Tribe. Define goals, translate company priorities into team focus, and identify the biggest opportunities and risks.

  • Make strong prioritization calls. Decide what to do and what not to do, sequence work sensibly, and keep low-value work out of the team.

  • Develop a strong point of view on your product area. Understand users, the market, and the business deeply enough to make tradeoffs and say no clearly, without escalating decisions unnecessarily.

Discovery and solution shaping

  • Build real understanding of user problems through customer calls, support and sales input, user research, and data.

  • Shape solutions with design and engineering. Frame problems, compare options and constraints, and keep solutions tied to user and business value.

Hands-on leadership

  • Lead designers within your Tribe. Guide prototyping, user testing, and UX quality as embedded builders, not through handoffs.

  • Stay close to the work through execution. Review flows, experiments, metrics, and shipped output. Resolve ambiguity quickly. Help the team converge faster.

  • Coach your team by sharpening problem framing, improving decision quality, and keeping focus on the highest-value work.

Metrics, learning, and communication

  • Define success upfront for every initiative with clear OKRs, KPIs, leading indicators, and kill criteria. Measure impact after launch and decide whether to iterate, scale, or roll back.

  • Participate in roadmap reviews, sharing upcoming priorities with leadership and internal stakeholders and surfacing tradeoffs and risks early.

  • Explain direction and decisions simply. Keep stakeholders aligned with minimal overhead.

AI as core leverage

  • Use AI tools extensively in your daily work for research, synthesis, analysis, drafting, exploration, and prototyping, and set that expectation across your Tribe. AI fluency is not optional. It's part of how you increase your speed, depth, and impact.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have proven product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, or have built and shipped products people actually use, whether as a PM, founder, or in another role where you owned product decisions end to end.

  • Hold an extremely high bar for product quality. You've developed real craft in product development. You know what great looks like, you notice the details others miss, and you don't ship work you wouldn't be proud to put your name on.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Own end-to-end program delivery for Figma’s Self-Serve Analytics initiative that includes semantic layer expansion, Slack bot launch, automated eval framework, and the Figma Data Assistant
  • Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering, DS ICs, Security, IT, and business stakeholders (Sales, Product, Finance, Research) to expand self-serve data coverage and drive adoption
  • Lead the governance and security work stream: work with Security and IT on LLM data access policies, PII guardrails, access controls, and LLM provider approvals
  • Drive adoption and change management — build champion networks, run training programs, and meet Figmates where they work (Slack, Notion) to shift from request-based to self-serve data culture
  • Build and maintain DS org operations: planning cycles, headcount tracking, onboarding programs, and team rhythms for a growing org
  • Own program-level success metrics: % of data questions answered via self-serve, time-to-insight, DS ad-hoc request volume reduction
  • Work closely with peer TPMs & Data Scientists (AI, Infra, Performance) to coordinate on overlapping platform programs and shared data infrastructure needs

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience (or equivalent) driving data infrastructure, analytics platform, or data democratization programs
  • Hands-on experience with modern data stacks: you’re comfortable discussing semantic layers, data catalogs, BI tooling (Hex, Sigma), and AI-powered query interfaces (Cortex Analyst, RAG) at a program level
  • A track record of driving adoption — not just shipping internal tools, but changing behavior across technical and non-technical audiences through change management, enablement, and champion programs

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Order to Cash (O2C) Business Transformation to lead end-to-end process and system improvements across the customer-to-cash lifecycle, with a primary focus on Salesforce (front office) and NetSuite (ERP/financials).   • Lead O2C transformation programs, including process redesign, operating model changes, policy/controls updates, and Salesforce/NetSuite enablement.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to improve upstream quote/order quality (products, pricing, discounts, contract terms) to reduce billing defects, disputes, and revenue leakage.
  • Define and govern integration touchpoints between Salesforce and NetSuite (customer/account, orders, invoices, payments, credits/returns), including error handling, reconciliation, and exception management.
  • Improve master data governance and controls (customer hierarchies, bill-to/ship-to, payment terms, tax attributes, product/catalog, and bank/payment details) to support accurate billing and clean close.

The Team:

Cloud environments are used at Neo4j to perform pre-sales, proof-of-concept, and solution engineering activities with minimal oversight by IT or Security. The Role:

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, modeled after the industry’s best “technical closers.” You will drive revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and closing complex deals with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises. In this role, you’ll take the time to understand each prospect’s unique challenges, map them to Rasa’s platform, and clearly show how we can deliver value — both to end users and to decision-makers.

You will understand and communicate how Rasa can be used across multiple industries and then manage complex deal cycles.

We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to support our mission. However, you can expect to:

  • Build and execute a territory plan to target high-value enterprise accounts. Like our top reps, you are expected to be a “full-cycle” hunter, generating your own pipeline while collaborating with SDRs and Marketing.

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-12 months) involving technical champions (Developers, Architects) and economic buyers (C-Suite, LOB Heads)

  • Bridge the gap between technical value and business outcomes. You must be comfortable discussing APIs, open-source models, or infrastructure integration with engineering teams.

  • Lead a virtual account team (Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Product) to win the technical win and the commercial win

  • Drive and prove technical capabilities and business value of Rasa’s platform

  • Forecast and manage your sales activity and pipeline to consistently hit revenue targets

  • Work closely with our customer success team and develop new opportunities for our existing customers

  • Collect and deliver customer feedback to the product team

The role is:

Full-time - 100% Remote - UK, preferably based in London

ABOUT YOU

You are excited about AI assistants, machine learning and letting people interact with machines through text and speech. You are an experienced self-starter who works well with little supervision. You should be able to use your unique personality, creativity and grit to expand our pipeline with new high profile prospects while working with our key customers to increase Rasa’s adoption. Ideal candidates have:

  • 5+ years experience in sales, specifically in complex technical domains (e.g., AI/ML, DevOps, Database/Infra)

  • A proven track record of selling large deals to Global 2000 enterprises (top 10% performance)

  • Proven history of consistently exceeding quotas ($1M+ ARR targets)

  • Experience closing six-and-seven-figure deals ($100k - $1M+ ACV)

  • You don’t need to code, but you must be “code-literate” or “infrastructure-fluent.” - you can hold your own in a room with Engineering Directors

  • A self-driven professional who works with urgency and accountability, demonstrated by a track record of building pipeline from scratch and a creative, customer-centric hunter mindset.

About the Position:

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, and as a member of the accounting team, the Senior Accountant will meticulously manage a multitude of accounting activities including bi-weekly payroll review and payroll allocation, general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, revenue recognition, cost allocations and reclasses, month-end close and year-end audit preparation.

About the Position

Reporting to the Senior Director, Government Business Development, the Senior Manager, Grants & Contracts will support JFF’s pursuit and proposal development for mission-aligned federal, state, and/or local grants and contracts (most notably, the U.S. Departments of Education and Labor, and other agencies) as well as institutional and individual funding opportunities, as needed. What You’ll Do

Project Management of Proposal Process
