NICE is assembling a core engineering team to build the internal AI platform that powers intelligent automation across the enterprise. As IT Software Engineer in the Orchestration AI Development team, you will move beyond using AI tools, you will build them.
You will implement the foundational components of NICEâs AI architecture: the integration layer that connects enterprise systems via MCP, the agent orchestration engine, the Models Gateway, RAG pipelines, and the tooling that makes every developer at NICE more productive. Your work ships to production and is used daily by hundreds of colleagues.
This is a full-stack engineering role with a strong AI focus. You will write clean, production-quality code, collaborate closely with the Software Architect and DevOps teams, and operate with significant autonomy on technically complex problems.

About the role
The GIS & Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting both operational data systems and geospatial analyses across regional projects. This hybrid position combines data analysis and operational data support responsibilities (approximately 80% of the role) with GIS and geospatial analysis functions (approximately 20% of the role). As the Solutions Engineer on the GTM Tech team, youâll be the domain expert on how our Account Executives sell - and the person who does something about it. This isnât a Sales Enablement role. Enablement executes the playbook; you own the analysis that creates it. Youâll mine the data, identify the highest-leverage opportunities in the sales motion, define what needs to be built, and build it. From scorecards to prototypes to the requirements that shape our GTM Sales Brain, youâll operate at the intersection of sales expertise, analytical rigour, and product thinking.
Responsibilities
Field Intelligence: Systematically mine the sales pipeline - prospects signals, call transcripts and recordings, loss reasons to build a structured, living view of whatâs working and what isnât.
Opportunity Definition: Define the highest-leverage gaps in the sales motion and own the requirements that shape our GTM intelligence system. Youâll identify where AI-powered tooling, automation, or better data can move the needle - and spec it with enough precision that Engineering can build it.
Prototype and Build: You donât only write recommendations, you build them. Whether itâs a scoring model, a data workflow, or a rough prototype that proves a concept, you move ideas from insight to artefact. Youâre comfortable working with tools, writing logic, and getting your hands dirty before handing off to Engineering.
AE Scorecards: Design and maintain scoring frameworks that evaluate AE performance across the sales cycle - discovery quality, objection handling, pitch delivery - and surface coaching opportunities grounded in data.
Playbooks and Talk Tracks: Translate pipeline analysis and field feedback into data-backed improvements to scripts, opening hooks, battlecard and stage-by-stage playbooks. Keep them current, tested, and owned.
Desired Skills and Competencies
5â8 years in a Sales Engineer, pre-sales, or revenue architecture role - youâve lived inside a high-velocity sales pipeline and know how deals move, stall, and close.
A builderâs instinct: youâve created things from scratch - frameworks, tools, processes - in environments where no playbook existed yet, and you default to prototyping before speccing.
Hands-on experience with Gong or Chorus beyond call review - youâve used them to extract patterns, build scoring logic, and drive measurable process changes at scale.
Proven track record building scorecards, playbooks, and battlecards that changed rep behaviour, not just reported on it.
Deep familiarity with the modern sales tech stack: CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement (Outreach or Salesloft), and revenue analytics tools.
A clear point of view on AI in sales - youâve evaluated or deployed AI tools in a revenue context and can distinguish real productivity impact from novelty.
Strong cross-functional communicator: you can take messy, qualitative field signals and package it into crisp, prioritised requirements for Product and Engineering.

Most product marketing job descriptions youâll read this week were written for the world before generative AI ate content production. This one wasnât.
Product marketing at Sift is being rebuilt around a thesis: the highest-leverage thing a modern PMM can do is not personally write the pitch deck, the launch one-pager, or the competitive battlecard. Itâs to build the knowledge systems, agents, and workflows that let the rest of the GTM org produce those artifacts at disproportionate throughput while maintaining our voice, our positioning, and grounded in the most current truth we have about ourselves, our market, and our buyers.
Weâre hiring a Product Marketing Manager, someone whose primary craft is building. Youâll work horizontally across all four of Siftâs product lines in service of our existing PMMs and the broader Marketing, Sales, and CS organizations.
If youâve already shipped an internal agent on Glean, Claude, custom GPTs, or anywhere else and you can talk fluently about why your evals matter more than your prompts, keep reading.
Build the source-of-truth substrate. Audit, organize, and unify what Sift knows about its products, competitors, ICP segments, sales motion, win/loss patterns, and customer language. Decide what lives where, what gets retired, what needs to be created, and what needs to be made machine-readable instead of just human-readable.
Ship internal agents that move the needle. Identify the GTM workflows where an agent saves the most hours per week or unlocks the most consistency: competitive Q&A for AEs, first-pass launch briefs, draft messaging for new campaigns, RFP support and build them. Measure adoption and quality. Iterate.
Equip the PMM team to operate at higher leverage. Help evolve the product marketing organization to focus less on hand-crafted deliverables and more on activities with strategic importance: sales enablement, message refinement, and researching the competitive landscape.
Set evaluation standards. Define how we measure agent quality at Sift: accuracy, voice fidelity, helpfulness, hallucination rate. Make sure what we ship gets better over time, not just bigger.
Be the teamâs AI tooling lead. Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new AI tools as the landscape shifts. Build the relationships and the muscle so weâre early to what matters and skeptical of what doesnât.
Youâre someone for whom the last two years have been a step function in what you can produce. Youâve built things for fun, for past jobs, on the side. Not âI asked ChatGPT to write a term paperâ things. Real things: an agent your old team still uses, a workflow that saved you a significant time, a custom GPT that does one job exceptionally well.
Specifically:
3â8 years in product marketing, content strategy, sales enablement, marketing ops, growth, or an adjacent role where you produced GTM artifacts and felt firsthand where the work was repetitive
Youâve shipped at least one internal AI assistant, whether Glean, Claude, custom GPT, or similar that other people actually used, and you can speak to the design decisions you made
Comfortable with prompt engineering, retrieval design, and evaluation frameworks. You know why a system prompt isnât a JD, and why âlooks good to meâ isnât an eval
Have evaluated and selected AI tools for a team before, including the unfun parts: vendor procurement, auditing outputs, and getting people to actually use the thing
Fraud, trust & safety, or risk industry background strongly preferred. Time on the buy side, the sell side, or at a Sift competitor or adjacent player is a real plus
You write well. You can hold a brand voice. Youâre not allergic to positioning, messaging, or launches, you just believe the leverage point has shifted
Youâre comfortable being early. This role is being invented in real time, and your second month here will not look like your first
Bonus signals (not requirements):
Light coding fluency: you can read and modify Python or JavaScript, are comfortable with APIs, and have wired things together via MCP, Zapier, n8n, or similar
Specific experience with Anthropicâs Claude: Projects, Skills, Agents, or the API
Youâve written or spoken publicly about your AI work
Someone whose primary excitement is owning a product lineâs positioning and writing its narrative deck.

Generalist enthusiasm without shipped work. The bar here is âshow me what you built,â not âtell me what youâve read.â

We are looking for a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, modeled after the industryâs best âtechnical closers.â You will drive revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and closing complex deals with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises. In this role, youâll take the time to understand each prospectâs unique challenges, map them to Rasaâs platform, and clearly show how we can deliver value â both to end users and to decision-makers.
You will understand and communicate how Rasa can be used across multiple industries and then manage complex deal cycles.
Weâre a startup, so youâll have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to support our mission. However, you can expect to:
Build and execute a territory plan to target high-value enterprise accounts. Like our top reps, you are expected to be a âfull-cycleâ hunter, generating your own pipeline while collaborating with SDRs and Marketing.
Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-12 months) involving technical champions (Developers, Architects) and economic buyers (C-Suite, LOB Heads)
Bridge the gap between technical value and business outcomes. You must be comfortable discussing APIs, open-source models, or infrastructure integration with engineering teams.
Lead a virtual account team (Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Product) to win the technical win and the commercial win
